Beddison announces Age on board for Swim celebration.

Tony Beddison AO, Chairman of the 2007 FINA World Swimming Championships has announced that The Age newspaper will be the official games newspaper partner for the volunteer and education programs.
“We are thrilled to have The Age on board,” said Mr Beddison.
“The Age played an important part in the success of the 2006 Commonwealth Games through its quality and comprehensive coverage” he said.
More than 2,000 athletes from 175 countries are expected to compete in the 12th Fina World Swimming Championships from March 17 to April 1, making it one of the world’s biggest international sporting events.
